Who came up with Build4Cost?

The brainchild of designer Peter Woods, Build4Cost was developed in 1992 as a way for him to deliver better service, security and cost savings to his customers. In 2005 builder Carlos Steenland trialed the system and immediately saw how it could save clients thousands of dollars and countless headaches. Peter and Carlos joined forces and decided to ‘share their secret’, creating a building contracting system that now works for the market at large.
